This individual will act as the Principal liaison accountable for delivery of key work, ensuring we prioritize and deliver overall aligned backlog, and ensuring work is aligned to Infrastructure Product Model/Design Patterns. This role will interface with CenterWell IT leadership and tech leaders in Infrastructure and Operations daily to help ensure overall strategic alignment and outcomes are achieved. The IT Product Management Principal conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products for use across Humana. Oversees and manages all phases of the product lifecycle, from design conception to delivery. The IT Product Management Principal provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience. The IT Product Management Principal: Serves as an advisor and partner directly to CWHM Segment CIO’s for infrastructure single point of contact and focuses on understanding, aligning, prioritizing, and tracking critical CWHM infrastructure initiatives. Provides guidance and a touch back between CWHM and TechStrat Engineering teams to ensure alignment is reached early and standards of Humana are followed. Also drives the level of engagement, speed, and considered desired. Works with engineering to create new design patterns as needed to support CWHM. Serves as a direct representative on the SteerCo, along with their assigned Segment CIO, to drive forward resolutions requiring SteerCo escalation. Works with relevant Humana stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product iteration backlogs. Ensures final products meet IT and Humana standards and deliver maximum value to end-users. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (i.e. 5+ years of experience in supporting infrastructure and partnering with Segment/Business in delivering tech solutions) 10+ years of technical experience 2-5 years of project/people leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Prior Product Management experience Strong negotiation skills Strong experience with and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira Additional Information As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $168,000 – $231,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
