NP/PA Primary Care Opening near Fargo, NDLocated in Barnesville, MN - Fargo 25mFull-time; PermanentEmployued Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EPIC Compensation Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $118,500.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU's). Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships Relocation reimbursement & sign-on bonus Annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan Health, dental, vision, long term and short-term disability insurance; professional liability insurance offered. 6 weeks of time off per year Qualifications: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota upon start Must be able to see pediatric patient populations Previous work experience as an APP in primary care required National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) upon start DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Minnesota upon start Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills About the AreaBarnesville, MN, with a population of around 2,700 residents, is a welcoming small-town community located in Clay County in west-central Minnesota.
