**Certifications:**
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Preferred: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:** Cerner Experience
**Job Description:**
- Perform scrub and circulate duties in CVOR, specializing in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery cases.
- Experience in procedures including Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), mitral valve replacement, open heart surgery, and other cardiovascular surgeries.
- Capable of circulating for structural heart cases including TAVR, Triluminate, Encircle, AAA repair, TCAR, EVAR, CABG, AVR, MVR, thrombectomy, carotid endarectomy, cardioversion, and TEE.
- Flexible to take on-call duties, including 24-hour shifts over weekends and specified weekdays in a 6-week schedule.
- Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
- Scrubs are provided by the facility.
- Ensure all pre-assignment and orientation modules are completed as required.
- Must have the flu vaccine, with no exemptions allowed.
- May come into contact with COVID-19 patients.
**Other Information:**
- Orientation is 28 hours, with a portion being non-billable.
- The facility may opt not to conduct interviews prior to the assignment.
