We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Description Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to challenges as they arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals. Profile Proven experience in construction management within the industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem‑solving skills to address on‑site challenges quickly and efficiently.
