```*Job Description:*
The CT Technologist, under direct supervision, uses computerized tomography scanners to produce cross-section images of patient's internal organs and tissues for diagnosis of medical issues.

*Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:*
* Accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions
* Administer contrast material
* Prepare and operate CT scan equipment
* Ability to position patient to capture appropriate images
* Send images to Radiologist for interpretation/reading
* Cleans and disinfects patient rooms
* Follow infection control and safety guidelines

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology program required

*License/Certifications:*
* ARRT (R) required
* ARRT (CT) required or willing to obtain within one year from start date
* California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the client or American Heart Association required
* Venipuncture certification required or willing to obtain within one year from start date

*Experience:*
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Scan Technologist preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
