Overview Position: Certified Hand Therapist(CHT) Location: Wellington, FL Schedule: Part Time/PRN Mon-Fri. Hours TBD Compensation: Starting at $47/hour (pending experience) We are seeking a certified hand therapist (CHT) to join our team In this role, you'll treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures and more. Experience in custom splinting is required. Our regional hand therapy coordinator will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Responsibilities Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs. Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
