Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is an independent, non-profit rural healthcare system serving 10 counties in northeastern South Dakota and west-central Minnesota. Full time (.8) position available along with PRN positions. $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS WITH 2-YEAR COMMITMENT Wage Range is $32.00-$48.39/hour Job Summary This position will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams under the direction of the Director of Radiology and the technical direction of the radiologist. Other responsibilities include: Produce two or three-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by Physicians in the diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs Key test data and patient information into the computer of ultrasound equipment to maintain a record of test results Operate the department computer system for scheduling and billing procedures Operate PACS system to ensure all images are verified and sent Share call responsibilities in Ultrasound Maintain supply inventory Report equipment malfunction to the Radiology Director, and reports safety concerns to appropriate personnel Benefits Prairie Lakes Healthcare System offers comprehensive benefits for qualifying full-time and part-time employees.
