**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours/week
**Experience:**
- Pediatric ICU experience required
- Solid experience in PICU
- Some cardiac ICU or cardiac step-down experience required
- Must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last three years
**License:**
- Must have a valid Nursing License
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association
**Must-Have:**
- Basic Arrhythmia experience
- Pass Telemetry test prior to start
**Job Description:**
- Urgent need with shortened compliance period
- Join a renowned facility known for expert pediatric care
- Provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families
- Work in a state-of-the-art 21-bed unit
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients with various medical and surgical problems, including acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi-system organ failure, and ECMO
- Serve within a multidisciplinary team that includes nationally recognized pediatric specialists
- Commitment to floating to multiple units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Traverse shifts in diverse units depending on organizational needs
