Are you a skilled Nurse Practitioner looking for a flexible opportunity? We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Join us in enhancing patient care from the comfort of their homes Why Choose Us? Flexibility: Operate on your terms Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm. This position is based on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement. Compensation: Earn $100 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment, taking approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Additionally, receive a daily stipend of $60 and $25 for no-show appointments. Location: Select the counties you want to cover We have a significant patient volume in Sagadahoc County. About the Role: As a Nurse Practitioner in this position, you will conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments that provide valuable insights into a patient's overall health, often revealing details missed during regular office visits. This will involve reviewing medical histories and understanding patients' social environments to enhance care quality and address multiple care gaps in a single visit.
