Technical Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the technical crew within our projects, ensuring correct planning and  execution of projects / works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of technicians in project execution, repairs and maintenance.

Manage the schedule of works across all projects and maintenance agreements including the resources required to execute such works.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met whilst keeping track of costs, ensuring the budget is kept and aim to achieve savings.

Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of the various projects.

Liaise with suppliers and customers to address technical inquiries and provide the right advice/solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Compile the required technical documentation for installation and handing over.

Identify training and development requirements for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Mechanical/ Electrical Level MQF 4.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fuel, waste water, renewable energy or related sectors.

Understanding of fuel pump systems, water waste treatment technologies, and renewable energy applications.

Leadership and team management skills.

Proven problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.

Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
