Job Details:

  • Pay: $ (to be updated)

  • Physical Therapist

  • Duration: 13 weeks

  • Shift Info: Variable

  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs per week

  • Positions Open: 1

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needs

  • Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function

  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve treatment goals

  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care


 

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted CA PT License 

  • Active BLS via American Heart Association

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience

  • Passed the occupational therapist national certification examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT); and 2) be registered with the State of Hawaii as an Occupational Therapist (OT) 

  • Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
