Employer Industry: Defense and Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $176,600 Best-in-class benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) options Flexible work schedules to accommodate your lifestyle Endless growth opportunities within a supportive and innovative environment Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead collaboration with senior business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze comprehensive requirements for data and reporting needs Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications for data analysis and reporting Partner with the development team to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions Oversee and coordinate testing activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reporting solutions Provide expert-level support and training to business users on data and reporting tools and solutions What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data and reporting Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric) Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders to elicit and document complex requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is extremely preferred Working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience managing a scrum board and backlog Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives and/or ERP implementation We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
