Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families Graduate of an accredited master's, post-master's, or doctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a Nurse Practitioner Current unencumbered licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with designation as a Nurse Practitioner Current prescriptive authority with full DEA privileges National certification in the Nurse Practitioner specialty must be achieved and maintained 2 years of experience in chronic disease management/long-term care within the last 5 years; hospice and/or palliative experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs Join our caring culture that emphasizes integrity, communication, diversity, and positive experiences.
