Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at our facility in Helena, MT. As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your strong clinical skills, ability to make quick decisions, and effective communication skills will be essential in providing high-quality care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Emergency Department:*
* Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, triage, treatment, and evaluation.
* Rapidly and accurately assess patients' conditions, prioritize care based on urgency, and initiate appropriate interventions.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following proper dosage and administration guidelines.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, specialists, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Document patient information, nursing observations, and interventions accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
* Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
* Educate patients and their families about their medical condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
* Assist in emergency procedures, such as resuscitation efforts, trauma care, and stabilization of critically ill patients.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in emergency nursing practice through continuing education and professional development activities.

* BLS Certification
* ACLS Certification
* PALS Certification
* NIHSS Certification
* TNCC Certification
* RN License
* 3 years ED experience
