POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Outpatient Services provides strategic, clinical, and administrative leadership for all outpatient behavioral health programs. This position ensures that high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services are delivered in compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. The Director oversees clinical staff and operations, drives program development, and promotes a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centered care. Clinical Leadership Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unיפþ clienпther in accordance with supervisory requirements. Ensure use of evidence-based and best-practice clinical models across outpatient programs. Oversee development and implementation of treatment protocols, documentation standards, and outcome measures. Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and payer requirements. Serve as a resource for complex case consultation and crisis response. Program Administration & Oversight Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and case management.
