*Responsibilities:*
* *Leadership:* Provide direction and support to nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards.
* *Training:* Assist in orienting new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, maintaining top-notch care training.
* *Communication:* Regularly liaise with Nurse Manager, sharing observations and suggestions for continuous improvement.
* *Patient Care:* Offer direct patient care, including specialized procedures, ensuring residents' well-being.
*Ideal Candidate Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
* Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
* One year nursing experience, dedicated to professional nursing standards.
*Compensation and Benefits:*
