Assist clients and project teams in identifying issues and troubleshooting to enhance software performance. Develop and maintain project tools and templates to ensure consistent, efficient delivery and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in client interactions, fostering trust, managing expectations, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. Stay current with the latest ERP software (CMiC, Vista, Spectrum and/or ProjectSight) versions and industry standards, including participation in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience using, implementing, or managing construction management software.
