Audio-Visual (AV) Rigger

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit an Audio-Visual (AV) Rigger.

About the role:
The AV Rigger works in a fast and versatile environment, providing safe and efficient installation, setup, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for events. Collaborating with different teams, they contribute to bringing quality events to life.
Responsibilities:

• As an AV Rigger, you'll work in the fast and versatile environment of audiovisual events and conferences.
• You'll provide safe and efficient installation, setup, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for events.
• You'll set up, operate and dismantle audiovisual events and conferences.
• You'll promptly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual equipment during events.
• You collaborate with event coordinators during the run-up to and during the implementation of their event vision.
• You operate vehicles and equipment in safe and efficient ways according to Health & Safety regulations.
• You'll adhere to and maintain safety protocols and perform other duties as required from time to time.
• You'll embody our collaborative and team-oriented spirit, championing the JUGS culture in no time.

Requirements:

• You have proven previous experience as an Audiovisual (AV) Rigger in events and conferences.
• You demonstrate technical knowledge of a variety of audiovisual systems.
• You are organised, have an eye for detail, and are able to work with minimum supervision.
• You have excellent communication skills and are a strong team player.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
• You have a flexible approach to working hours,  sometimes sociable hours (nights, evenings, public holidays).
• You are in possession of a driving license, preferably C or C1.
• With a fun and positive attitude, you jump at the opportunity to collaborate within a team.
