Job Description Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology PhysicianAre you a dedicated OB-GYN looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment? Our esteemed healthcare facilities in Tennessee welcome compassionate and skilled physicians to provide exceptional maternal and women's health services. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team specializing in women and children's healthcare, delivering high-quality care in a modern setting.In this role, you will participate in 3-5 structured overnight obstetrics and gynecology call shifts per month, supporting approximately 2,500 deliveries annually. You will work alongside a skilled team of midwives and healthcare professionals using advanced technology, including three da Vinci Xi robotic systems. The hospital features a 128-bed capacity and a Level III NICU with 22 bassinets, ensuring comprehensive care for mothers and infants. The EMR system utilized is Meditech, facilitating efficient documentation and communication.Required Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BE candidates within 5 years of residency) Active Tennessee medical license or the ability to obtain one First-assist surgical experience, particularly with midwives Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Nice to Have Skills: Robotics surgery experience Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting Additional certifications or training in minimally invasive or robotic surgery Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Relevant residency and clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Experience working in hospital-based OB-GYN practices Other Requirements: Willingness to cover night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Travel expenses covered, including airfare, lodging, and transportation Ability to adapt to a collaborative healthcare environment This role offers an hourly pay rate of $2,964 for 12-hour night shifts, providing a competitive compensation package.
