What You’ll Do Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages. Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
