Experience
At least 5+ years managing industrial projects. Hands-On Leadership : A superintendent who leads by example, rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the crew. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges on-site. Communication : Strong ability to coordinate with team members, GCs, subs, and inspectors to maintain seamless operations.
Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying and addressing project hurdles to keep things moving smoothly.
Your Role
Will Include Overseeing all aspects of the job site, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals . Working alongside the team to complete tasks and solve technical challenges. Monitoring productivity and ensuring crew performance aligns with project goals. Coordinating with stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors, to keep projects running efficiently.
Driving a safety-first culture and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
