Additional FL, AL, NC, SC experience preferred. Licenses: One or more of GA, FL, AL, NC, SC. Location: Fully remote work eligible. How You’ll Make an Impact Apply claims‑management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan proper actions, and resolve claims. Interact extensively with all parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of our clients, demonstrating empathy at every step. Handle claims in line with client and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, complying with statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Document and communicate claim activity promptly, supporting the outcome of the claim file. About You Ideal candidates will have: 3–5 years of hands‑on workers‑compensation adjusting experience, including a lost‑time/indemnity desk and litigation. Experience in GA, FL, AL, NC, or SC workers‑compensation jurisdictions. Active adjuster licenses in the above states. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will: Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers‑compensation claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions. Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims‑management process. Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 5 years of related claims experience. Appropriate license(s) for all states in which claims are handled. Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. Computer experience with claims and business software. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $66,000.00–$105,500.00 per year. Your actual compensation will be influenced by experience, education, geography, and other factors.
