Salary Range 110k – 135k Responsibilities Lead structured assessments of fleet risks through cross‑functional committees and translate technical risks into commercial impacts. Manage risk mitigation development and implementation plans with engineering and outage teams, tracking status and performance fleet‑wide. Develop and maintain fleet risk systems and data management processes, ensuring integration with enterprise platforms and data integrity. Quantify risk severity and likelihood using data analysis tools such as FMEA, degradation trends, and mean time to failure; model business impact scenarios and track actual vs forecast. Support engineering teams in root cause investigations and implementation planning, applying knowledge of combined cycle power plants and major components. Author and maintain risk management processes, supporting report creation, cleanup, and publishing to product data management systems. Deliver training on fleet risk processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product Line, Project Operations, Legal, and Planning. Present risk insights to leadership, supporting planning and design teams with product application decisions and proactive goal achievement. Qualifications B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Construction, Industrial, or Computer Science Engineering from an accredited university. 10+ years of experience in reliability engineering, fleet engineering, asset performance, or risk management in the energy sector; strong understanding of combined cycle power plants and major components. Proficiency in data analysis, probability, statistical inference, and engineering mathematics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation to managers and clients. Experience with enterprise platform integration, data management, and manufacturing process documentation. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, project scheduling, and CAD or programming tools preferred (Python, MATLAB, C++). Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally 10–20% of the work year. Additional Information Travel: 10–20% U.S. and international.
