Safelite is looking for a District Manager to lead and develop a team of store leaders, ensuring consistent achievement of profit and sales goals across the district. What You’ll Do Develop, communicate, and implement the market vision, including short and long‑term sales and operations plans. Monitor monthly performance against plans and adjust strategies as needed. Stay informed on competition and recommend pricing, services, and product offerings to keep Safelite ahead. Oversee district P&L, ensuring revenue goals and expense management; conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders. Lead through engagement, motivation, and culture building for a primarily mobile workforce. Promote a positive, memorable customer experience across all stores. Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices and drive change management. Ensure annual Talent Review Process completion for direct reports. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Valid state‑issued driver’s license. 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment (auto aftermarket preferred). Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and operations techniques. Ability to lead, coach, and achieve results through others, fostering employee growth.
