In-House Lawyer

Our client, a leading Corporate Service Provider based in Malta, is seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in corporate services and compliance, with proven expertise in handling a variety of legal matters in a similar setting.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary contact for legal inquiries related to the company's operations, providing guidance and support on a range of issues.

· Oversee and advise on Corporate and Trust services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

· Draft, review, and amend corporate documents, commercial agreements, and company policies and procedures as needed to support business objectives.

· Collaborate closely with the Director responsible for legal matters, contributing to the strategic direction of the company's legal framework.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the corporate services or financial services sector.

· Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a keen eye for detail.
