Now, we’re looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous testing, requirement validation, cross-platform checks, and comprehensive documentation across the entire SDLC. In this role, you will take ownership of quality assurance for our mobile fintech products, ensuring seamless releases and exceptional user experience across Android and iOS platforms. Your critical thinking and passion for continuous improvement will be key to delivering robust, reliable features that our growing customer base can trust. Key responsibilities: Own the quality of mobile app (iOS/Android), backend services, and internal back-office tools releases. Test new features with complex crypto and fintech logic. Collaborate with developers on automated testing: provide test cases, review coverage, and progressively take ownership of improving, running, and configuring TS tests in CI. Help establish standards for test cases, checklists, and QA metrics. Monitor production stability and participate in tracking metrics and incidents. Collaborate closely with QA Manager, developers, product managers, and designers to influence product quality and user experience. Essential skills: 5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years testing mobile products . Experience in high-load fintech, crypto projects. Excellent manual testing skills and understanding of automation principles. Experience working with logs and monitoring tools (Sentry, Firebase, Grafana). Ability to write test cases following modern standards and effectively prioritize bugs. Proactive, responsible, and strong in soft skills — able to influence, communicate, and argue constructively. English language proficiency: B1 (Intermediate and higher). Understanding of QA methodologies (CFR, LT, defect rate). Nice to have: Experience working with Jest/Detox or any JS-based testing frameworks. Experience with KYC/AML systems. Success сriteria in the first 3 months: 30 Days: Understand company products and mobile QA processes, actively participate in release cycles, and become familiar with our automation tools. 60 Days: Enhance test coverage for newly released features, improve reporting, and identify quick wins in automation or workflows. 90 Days: Demonstrate ownership of the mobile QA process, lead bug triages, and deliver measurable improvements to release quality and speed.
