Opportunity Details 4 Day Clinical Work Week (32 clinical care hours, 8 administrative) Epic EMR Newborn to Adult population Team Based Care 5 MDs, 4 NPs No After Hours Call Work life balance through practice transformation and a focus on quality that has propelled Lahey to the top echelon for quality metrics in the state. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
