**Shift:** 12-hour nights
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
**Must-Have:**

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with 35 beds
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Care for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as cardiac, nephrology, strokes, diabetes, and those requiring continuous EEG monitoring
- Titrate drips including Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications
- Collaborate with a Charge Nurse who may also take on assignments
- Assist with nurse aids/patient care tech duties with ratios of 1:10 or 2:20
- Scheduled shifts from 0630-1900 or 1830-0700
- Participate in weekend rotations every third weekend with cyclic rotation
- Holiday work required every third holiday
- May float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
- Participate in orientation that includes a week of onboarding and 1-2 days on the floor
- Use EPIC charting system
- Work within a Trauma Level 2 care setting in the acute division of nursing
