As we expand, we're looking for an RF Engineer to join our team to help us accelerate our product development initiatives.Location: This position is onsite in Syracuse, NY office, with the potential for hybrid arrangements.ResponsibilitiesDerive and document RF system requirements working collaboratively with multiple technical disciplines Perform trade studies and develop RF system architectures Simulate, model, design, select and characterize components Design, implement, test, and integrate RF circuit cards and subsystems for use in our cutting-edge communications, radar, and other sensor systems Participate in cross-functional technical design reviews Perform and support integration and test activities and events Assist with or provide information in support of project planning, execution, and oversight What We’re Looking ForA desire to owe projects assignments and work creatively and collaboratively on cross-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that impress our customers and move our industry forward. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently convey complex ideas, coupled with an ability to listen, question, and understand stakeholder needs. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3-5years of professional experience Demonstrated skills in software simulation platforms such as Ansys HFSS, Matlab, or Python 10% travel Preferred QualificationsExperience and interest in one or more of the following areas: Antennas and Phased Arrays Receivers Exciters Simulation Anechoic Chamber Measurements Schematic Capture Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $89,000 to $110,000 annually.
