Apply via Dice today Job ID: GA- Position Onsite/Local (Atlanta ONLY) Automation Tester (Tricentis Tosca AS/C2H/Tax Clearance Letter must) with Tosca (must), regression/service pack acceptance testing experience Location: Atlanta, GA (DOR) Duration: 4 Months *Candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta* Tax Clearance Letter, due at the time of submission (please review compliance tab for instruction on how the CANDIDATE must obtain this letter) Skills & Experience Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies (Required, 3 Years) Strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage (Required, 3 Years) Hands-on experience with developing and executing test automation (Required, 3 Years) Proficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and reporting test execution results (Required, 3 Years) Proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking (Required, 3 Years) Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Highly desired, 3 Years) Description Develop Tosca test automation primarily for vehicle registration systems with general supervision on routine tasks, oversight on complex ones. Work with stakeholders, manage defects, execute tests, handle test data, document processes, mentor juniors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Three years or more experience with Tosca test automation. Preferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 a plus. Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems, creating model-based test cases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently and adapt to changes. Collaboration & Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting. Testing Scope: Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability. Compliance & Security: Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data. Support Duties: Manage test data, maintain comprehensive documentation, and train junior team members on Tosca best practices. *The Tax Clearance Letter compliance item is due at the time of candidate submission* DOR will conduct a background check on all candidates considered for the position. Individuals must be compliant with Georgia tax obligations. Individuals with overdue/unpaid taxes or any felony convictions will not be offered the position or hired.
