Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care in various healthcare settings, ensuring the well-being of patients under their supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient medical records

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in home care or assisted living facilities
- Proficiency in coding and documentation
- Familiarity with Level I Trauma Center protocols
- Ability to perform venipuncture and spinal taps
- Knowledge of Cerner or Epic electronic health records systems
- Specialized skills in geriatrics and infection control
