General Surgery Lead APP opening in Norwich, Connecticut 40 miles from Hartford; 50 miles from Providence, RIPosition Details Full-time, permanent Clinical Lead Physician Assistant for General Surgery team at hospital in Norwich, CT. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to diverse surgical patients, including elective general surgery, colorectal, bariatrics, vascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery specialties. As a Clinical Leader, this is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new PA-led team as the elective surgical subspecialties break off from the Emergency General Surgery/Trauma APP team. Become an integral part of this growing Department of Surgery. Setting: Inpatient, general surgery Schedule: Full-time, three 12-13 hour shifts/week. Day/night rotating.
