Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors. Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management. May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. Responsibilities could include: sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities. Job Contribution:Technical professional with some experience. Sound technical knowledge growing through application, expanding knowledge of ATT technologies.Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.Experience:Typically requires 2-3 years experience.
