You will actively champion the partner‑led sales motion, mentoring partner SEs through live sales cycles to build their confidence, increase deal velocity, and drive a significant increase in partner‑led revenue. You will transform our partners’ technical capabilities from subjective to factual, establishing clear metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification. You will be the key evangelist for Cribl’s value pillars and use cases, coaching partners on how to build compelling business cases and articulate the unique power of our solutions. You will improve the overall experience for our customers by ensuring they receive expert‑level support and guidance from a highly competent, local partner network that you helped build.

You will be the champion and driving force behind our partner technical enablement strategy in LATAM, sponsoring and executing a world‑class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions. We are a remote‑first company and work happens across many time‑zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours. If You’ve Got It – We Want It We are looking for a unique blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship. 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or technical Support. Proven experience in a partner‑facing or channel‑focused technical role is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams.

Experience

developing and delivering technical training materials (workshops, labs, presentations) is a significant plus. Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences. A proactive, programmatic mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

working with the channel partner ecosystem (VARs, SIs, MSSPs) in Latin America. You live in Miami or Texas. Ability to travel up to 40% within the LATAM region to engage with partners and support key opportunities. Professional fluency in Spanish is required.

Portuguese is strongly preferred.

Salary

Range ($110K – $172k). The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
