CARTI is proud to have assembled a team of the most renowned cancer specialists in the country. As an independent, not-for-profit cancer care provider, we treat 50,000 patients each year. Due to significant growth and increasing community need, we are seeking a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join our collaborative and patient-centered team in Little Rock.

- Earning Potential : Potential to earn $1M per year once established, with competitive base salary starting at $550,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
- Additional Incentives : $50K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $20K, and a comprehensive first-year package of at least $620,000.
Position Highlights:
- Salary & Compensation : Starting at $550,000 with options to switch to RVU-based income at your discretion, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 8 weeks of PTO, $8,000 CME stipend, and 3 retirement options.
- Collaborative Environment : Work closely with another Gynecologic Oncologist in a state-of-the-art clinical space located in Little Rock.
- Visa Sponsorship : J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
