Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Description The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for a continuum of quality patient care, and rehabilitation to their patients. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary, which is dependent upon experience. The successful Nurse Practitioner will have experience working with geriatric populations and some experience in Skilled Nursing Homes. Responsibilities Conduct routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issuesGive appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall healthConduct examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their conditionAsk intuitive questions to discover causes of illnessReach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical historyQualifications :Current Ohio License as a Physician AssistantNational Board Certified Physician Assistant EMR/EHR experienceMust have skilled nursing home experience Benefits :Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offMedical specialties:Geriatrics Weekly schedule: 5x8Monday to Friday Work setting: In-personLong term careNursing home License/Certification: PA-C (Required)
