Senior Financial Analyst - Boston Scientific Join Boston Scientific as a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Neuromodulation Management and Divisional Finance teams, supporting the FP&A monthly close, quarterly planning, and reporting functions. About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a business partner, delivering financial close support, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of spend. The role provides high visibility to Neuromodulation senior staff and collaborates across regional finance groups. Your Responsibilities Perform all aspects of the monthly financial close, including generation of monthly and quarterly management reporting and variance/trend analysis. Support the annual planning process for functional areas, coordinating with functional groups to develop operating expense budgets and providing analytical support to identify key business drivers. Analyse and submit functional budgets. Support decision‑making processes to enable profitable growth. Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting and presentations to management. Identify and drive cost‑saving opportunities across SG&A functions. Respond promptly to numerous ad‑hoc queries from internal customers, including senior management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience. MS Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with financial tools such as Hyperion, SAP preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong financial analysis, organizational and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Ability to multi‑task and set priorities/execute in a high‑paced organization. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines. Team oriented. Process improvement mindset and strong problem‑solving skills. Compensation Minimum Salary: $72,800. Maximum Salary: $138,300.
