Duke Primary Care is actively recruiting Family Medicine physicians to the largest and growing primary care network in North Carolina's Triangle region. We are a vibrant network within the world-renowned Duke University Health System where our providers work in a collaborative practice, supported by medical assistants and nurses as well as behavioral health, diabetes education, pharmacy, social work, and other specialists to provide comprehensive and personalized patient-centered care. Providers also have access to a unified electronic health record system, an expansive network of specialists for consultation and referral, ancillary services for diagnostic and testing needs, and a robust telehealth platform for virtual visits. Our Primary Care Delivery Model offers: 100% Outpatient Experience Manage On-Call (Nurse Triage) EPIC EMR Dedicated team and staff delivering evidence-based care Our Physicians Appreciate: Full-Time or Part-Time Guaranteed Base Salary Performance-Based Physician Incentive Plan (Guaranteed in 1st Year) CME $3,000 + 1 week paid 403b Retirement Contribution (Up to 13.9% employer-sponsored) Children's Tuition Supplement (Physician eligible) Clinician Educator/Teaching Opportunities (Medical students, residents, APPs)
