Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @ ServiceTitan | Tech Talent Acquisition Design and implement cutting‑edge AI conversational systems that power our next generation of customer experiences. Engage with multiple internal teams—engineering, infrastructure, data science, and growth—to build real‑time, low‑latency solutions on Azure Cloud using Python and modern tools. Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement scalable, low‑latency AI Voice Agent systems, including components. Collaborate with product teams to integrate and operationalize Foundational Models (e.g., LLMs) and specialized speech models into production. Optimize the performance and real‑time responsiveness of voice‑agent pipelines to ensure superior customer experience and minimal latency. Communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, customers, and partners. Qualifications 5+ years of production‑level Python coding experience. 2+ years deploying Conversational AI models, TTS/STT engines, or real‑time NLP systems at scale. Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable AI inference services for real‑time voice agents. Advanced knowledge of machine‑learning methods and deep‑learning theory and techniques. Experience with reinforcement‑learning techniques and implementing continuous learning/online‑optimization systems. Strong understanding of the Conversational AI and ML project lifecycle. Experience with deep‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with databases/data warehouses such as SQL Server, PostGreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake. Experience with public cloud environments such as Azure or AWS. Experience with microservices and asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.)—critical for high‑volume, real‑time interactions. Experience with serverless architecture (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.). Experience with Azure Cognitive Services (Speech/Bot Service) or similar cloud‑based AI offerings is a plus. Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, JIRA, and related developer tools. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
