Objective The Store Manager is a true business owner for their store. They are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store's business. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
