Role Description As Sales Homie has grown and scaled, we’re currently seeking our first Fractional Sales Leader/Advisor, to be considered for all future Fractional Sales, Sales Coaching, and Sales Advisory roles being vetted by Sales Homie and its affiliates. Our current customers are all located within the Greater Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area. As we move forward, we’ll be exploring an expanded focus across the Midwest Region. Interested individuals outside of the Twin Cities are encouraged to apply In most assignments, the Fractional Sales Leader/Advisor will be responsible for a mix of strategic and tactical duties for a client; supporting or managing a sales team, developing and/or executing specific sales strategies and go‑to‑market planning with business leadership, creating compensation and new hire onboarding plans, implementing sales systems and tools for updated and new sales teams and cultures, and generically supporting/driving/partnering/leading revenue growth for a client. This role includes the opportunity to facilitate a group within the Sales Squad, Sales Homie’s sales peer group community, providing mentorship and coaching for up to 10-12 sales professionals on a monthly basis (Must be within the Twin Cities). This position will be a contracted entity with Sales Homie, and sub‑contracted out to our clients. You will represent Sales Homie, while having access to all of our tools and customer‑facing resources. This role is ideally suited for experienced sales professionals who have demonstrated successes within Sales Management and/or Revenue Leadership roles. This individual could be someone already employed who’s interested and/or looking for additional opportunities on the side, or for someone who’s looking to build a fractional practice with multiple clients for themselves. To fit in at Sales Homie, you need to be passionate about leadership and business growth, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit thats open to learning and growing within an expanding industry niche. Qualifications Strong leadership abilities, including team management, mentorship, and coaching Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational goals Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships Proven expertise in sales performance analysis, forecasting, and process improvement Experience with sales tools, CRM software, and knowledge of effective sales techniques Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and deliver results under tight deadlines Prior experience in sales leadership roles, previous work as a fractional sales leader/advisor (preferred; not required), with a track record of achieving revenue growth Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
