*Case we have available:*

· 4 y/o GB & T/V patient available Sun-Wed 7p-7a (Also, weekend day and night PRN nurses needed) (77532)

*Range of Pay (depending on shifts worked)*

LVN: $25 to $30 per hour (trach/vent)

RN: $35 to $40 an hour (trach/vent)

*Responsibilities:*

· Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.

· Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.

· Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.

· Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.

· Educate the family on medical care and training.

*Qualifications:*

· Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.

· American Red Cross CPR certification required.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).

· Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds

· The ability to work in a home environment.

· EMR charting (no paper notes)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
