Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
**Experience:** 1 year of skilled home health experience required
**License:** Pending license accepted
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) required
**Must-Have:** Reliable transportation
**Job Description:**
- Provide therapy services in home health settings.
- Manage patient ratios of 1:1, with visits to up to 6 patients per day, adhering to a 30 productivity points standard.
- Candidates must demonstrate experience and ability to work independently in the home health environment.
- Perform charting using the EPIC system.
- Must be able to wear any basic color scrubs.
- Mileage is reimbursed following IRS standards.
- Oasis experience preferred, but not required; please indicate if not experienced.
- Work exclusively within assigned regions, minimizing travel time.
- No weekend and on-call requirements.
- Will not float between like units or be expected to work a block schedule.
- Module completion pre-start and annually; average 16 hours required, over 20 hours subject to approval.
- 40 hours of non-billable orientation required.
