The company operates in propulsion, equipment, interior and safety systems for aircraft and helicopters, and focuses on decarbonizing aviation with sustainable fuels and new engine architectures. Dedicated to safety, it supplies oxygen, evacuation and flotation systems. Responsibilities Drive operational performance and business operations, including manufacturing and industrialization, and serve as a key member of the executive team. Set and drive operations strategy and vision, translating strategy into actionable steps for growth. Drive operational performance improvements in quality, production standards, utilization, HSE, operational excellence, cost savings, lean manufacturing, on‑time production and delivery. Contribute to the organization’s long‑term goals to ensure growth and stability; develop and evaluate strategies to address destabilization within current physical site locations. Improve management of product transfer activities and evaluate existing processes across multiple functional areas to develop efficiencies and performance improvement plans. Track and report on operating results to ensure consistent growth and progress toward organizational goals. Represent the organization in meetings with customers, regulatory agencies, and external parties. Align department strategy and direction with overall organizational goals. Develop policies, practices, and procedures that have significant impact on the organization. Act as a change agent to ensure preparedness for future operational growth. Coordinate operational activities, including manufacturing, industrialization, facilities management, security and HSE across production locations in New Jersey, Mississippi and Chihuahua, Mexico. Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members, supporting the development of an inclusive culture. Manage organizational operational risks through coordination with various functions, ensuring focus on business continuity. Maintain compliance with ethical standards and take appropriate action when necessary. Qualifications 15 or more years of relevant professional experience. Master’s degree preferred. Leadership and management skills with ability to drive strategic direction. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Risk and Crisis Management.
