Webuild ( is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer / Design Engineer to contribute to the engineering design of commercial, residential, and mixed‑use development projects in the greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in land development, with expertise in site design, underground utilities (including street, sewer, water, and storm drainage), as well as performing rough and final grading and hydraulic calculations. Working under the guidance of senior engineering staff, the Civil Engineer / Design Engineer will support the technical design of a diverse portfolio of land development projects across Washington State. As the individual gains experience, they will take on more responsibilities for independent design and project management. Key duties include assisting in the planning and design of site layouts and utility infrastructure, performing hydraulic and grading calculations to ensure efficient land use, preparing and reviewing engineering plans, developing schedules and coordinating with local and regional agencies for approvals. The role also involves supporting construction administration activities as needed. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with an Engineer‑In‑Training (EIT) certification in Washington. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
