This opportunity provides hands-on experience in surgical and clinic-based orthopedic care, supporting a collaborative team of surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff. Compensation: $126,000 for 175 shifts Responsibilities: Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures Manage pre- and post-operative patient care Conduct orthopedic assessments and follow-up visits in clinic Collaborate with surgeons to develop treatment plans Perform procedures such as casting, splinting, joint injections, and wound care Educate patients and families on treatment, rehabilitation, and preventive care Coordinate care with physical therapy and other ancillary services Qualifications Active PA or NP license in California Board Certification in relevant specialty (Orthopedic, FNP, or AGNP for NP; NCCPA-certified for PA) Marysville is a historic Northern California city near the Yuba and Feather Rivers.
