*Contract Duration:* 13 weeks with a possibility of extension

*Pay Rate:* $33/hr

Working Hours: 36hrs/week

*Shift: *12hr day shifts

LPN Weekend Shift : Thursday Friday and Saturday, one week or Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday. Or a schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

*Requirements:*
* LPN/LVN License
* BLS
* Must be fully vaccinated for covid
* Must have at least 1 year of LTC experience
