We are seeking a dedicated *full-time (40 hours) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)* to join our team in *Long Prairie, Minnesota*, providing care in a skilled nursing setting. We are also open to *PRN, part-time, or full-time* candidates.

*Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:*
* Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
* Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to achieve therapy goals.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Assist in the general operation and development of the therapy department.
* Collaborate on program development to enhance patient outcomes.
*Qualifications:*
* Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
