Your role as our Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager spans planning, execution, and post-construction support — all while mentoring teams and driving accountability in a culture that values "owning it." You'll oversee project health through clearly defined KPIs (25%), managing production, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. You'll establish the foundation for success by owning the launch process, cost controls, and vendor vetting (20%), making sure each job starts strong and stays efficient. Your sharp eye for data will support accurate reporting and forecasting (20%), as you track billing, profit projections, and performance metrics alongside leadership. On the ground, you'll take charge of scheduling, manpower, and site visits (15%), ensuring quality, safety, and team collaboration are never compromised. And throughout each project, you'll build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors (20%), championing our core values and bringing Construction Excellence to life with every interaction.
