Senior Talent Acquisition Partner III | The Judge Group | Internal Recruitment Judge's Semiconductor Solutions specializes in digital convergence across automotive and semiconductor industries. Our Convergence Validation Platform connects virtual and physical systems, helping automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies develop complex technologies with greater confidence. We provide digital solutions that reduce risks, speed up time-to-market, and optimize system performance. Overview We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong knowledge of semiconductor and automotive industries. The ideal candidate uses a consultative selling approach and understands digital systems development across multiple industries. You will help communicate our Digital Convergence value proposition to decision-makers and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop strategic account plans targeting key companies in the autonomous driving ecosystem Connect with decision-makers across engineering, quality, and executive leadership Work with our technical experts to develop customized demonstrations and solutions Show how our technical capabilities translate to business value (ROI, reduced verification cycles, earlier defect detection) Build relationships within industry groups to establish Judge Semiconductor as a thought leader Create and use thought leadership content to generate qualified opportunities Negotiate complex, high-value consulting and verification service agreements Provide market intelligence to help shape our offerings and strategies Represent the company at industry events focused on autonomous driving and related technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of technical solutions sales experience in automotive and/or semiconductor industries Understanding of semiconductor technologies, automotive digital systems, and validation approaches Knowledge of Digital Twin simulation platforms and AI/ML technologies in automotive applications Experience selling complex technical solutions with long sales cycles Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams Business acumen to communicate value to executive decision-makers Established network within relevant automotive and semiconductor companies Excellent presentation skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts Track record of exceeding sales targets in technical B2B environments Experience with solution-based, consultative selling Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and company functions Travel Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and company functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
